Ms. Manuel is a proven leader with drive and determination in scientific industry specializing in global drug development and project management. An adaptable, dependable problem solver with over 25 years in drug development where she uses her knowledge in the design and implementation of early stage and clinical programs through phase III in multiple indications (Oncology, Immuno-oncology, Infectious disease, GI, neuro, etc).
She has Central Laboratory and Regulatory experience working with clients from early stage through IND and CDx submission solving potential issues for submission to the agency. Her Laboratory leadership including biomarker, diagnostic and companion diagnostic assays with proven success driving teams in a matrix environment. She is a proven facilitator and communicator with experience spanning small biotech to large pharmaceutical companies’ demands.
