As the Chief Executive Officer of CAI, a global professional services firm focused on engineering and quality consulting, Mike Martin guides a team of 800+ across the U.S., Europe, and APAC and wears many hats balancing the company’s capabilities in program and project management, engineering and verification support, quality and compliance consulting, asset management and reliability, supply chain management, and human performance.

With more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including decades at Eli Lilly, Mike has experience in engineering, operational leadership, engineering leadership, and large-scale project management in diverse global settings, specifically major capital projects in the US, Puerto Rico, China, and Ireland.

Throughout his career and global project experiences, Mike’s learned the power of the people, and how supporting each team member’s individual backgrounds, strengths, and ongoing growth is key to a company’s success and operational readiness.
